NEW YORK, NY. – Stokes Creative Group, Inc., a certified woman-owned business (WBE/DBE/SBE/WBENC), is proud to announce that on May 16 the Women Builders Council (WBC) presented President Joanne Stokes and Public Outreach Manager Qiao Wu with awards at their 13th Annual Champion Awards Dinner at Guastavino’s in NY.

This year’s Annual WBC Champion Awards advances the legacy of last year’s dinner and will celebrate Champions, a new class of Outstanding Women for 2017, and several iconic women who have created a roadmap for women to follow for both professional and personal success in the building industry and beyond.

Joanne Stokes received one of the Outstanding Women in the Building Industry Awards and Qiao Wu was awarded the WBC 2017 Next Generation of Women Builders Award.

“Receiving these awards from the WBC is such an incredible honor,” said CEO Joanne Stokes. “We are so grateful to the WBC for recognizing Qiao and I once again at their dinner this year.”
