Nicole Pace-Addeo, NJ Public Outreach Manager, chosen to receive NJBiz “Best 50 Women in Business” award
VINCENTOWN, NJ. – Stokes Creative Group, Inc., a certified woman-owned business (WBE/DBE/SBE/WBENC), is proud to announce that Nicole Pace-Addeo, NJ Public Outreach Manager, has been selected by NJBIZ as one of the 2020 recipients of the prestigious “Best 50 Women in Business” award.
Nicole serves as the Public Involvement Facilitator and Project Manager for many high-profile construction and transportation projects throughout the Garden State and beyond. One of the most notable construction projects includes the New Jersey Turnpike Authority’s GSP Interchange 145 Improvement Project in East Orange, as well as many other public involvement projects for state transportation organizations including the NJTPA, NJDOT, and top engineering firms such as AECOM, JMT, GPI and many more. Her breadth of experience and expertise in communications and community involvement are the culmination of undeniable passion, creativity and excellence which have led to this well-deserved award.

Selected by a panel of independent judges, the winners were chosen using a point system to rate the nominees in categories including career accomplishments, leadership vision, community service and mentoring.
In 2017, Nicole was also honored at the “Forty Under 40” awards program, which celebrates New Jersey’s most accomplished young businessmen and women who have been making headlines in their field and who share a commitment to professional excellence and business growth in the community.

Nicole is going on her sixth year at Stokes and previously taught various communication courses at Kean University and Ocean County College. She has several extracurricular activities which include presenting workshops for Ocean County SCORE, music ministry service at St. Luke’s Roman Catholic Church, and she proudly volunteers and advocates for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Marist College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Stockton University.
