Stokes is continuing to support Dewberry with the public outreach and website development efforts for the Local Preliminary Engineering (LPE) Phase of Somerset County’s Picket Place Bridge Replacement Project in Branchburg and Hillsborough Townships in NJ.

Our outreach team developed, drafted, and executed a Public Involvement Action Plan and managed the stakeholder database. We facilitated a virtual Local Officials Briefing with Somerset County, and Branchburg and Hillsborough Townships to review the project and present upcoming tasks in the LPE Phase. We will plan and facilitate Community Stakeholder Meetings and a Public Information Meeting soon. Stokes has also provided a full update of the project website, archiving Local Concept Development Study information and adding important stakeholder information for this current LPE Phase.
Elements of the project website include project overview and timeline information, maps and plans of the project area, stakeholder and public meeting information, Frequently Asked Questions, and contact and comment forms. Stokes hosts and maintains the project website, which can be viewed at picketplacebridge.com.
