Our outreach team developed, drafted, and executed a Public Involvement Action Plan and managed the stakeholder database. We facilitated a Local Officials Briefing with Manalapan Township, including assisting in the development of a presentation and staffing of the event. We assisted in the creation of Public Information Center (PIC) materials, including an invitational mailer, video presentation, and Virtual PIC website (unionhillbridgeoverroute9.com).
Stokes performed summary efforts for this phase of the bridge replacement project, including compiling comments received from local officials and the public, reporting website analytics for the PIC period, and developing a Public Outreach Summary document.
