Led by the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) in partnership with the South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA), NJ TRANSIT, and the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), the Glassboro-Camden Line (GCL) will connect South Jersey communities to the PATCO High-Speed Line at the Walter Rand Transportation Center in Camden for seamless access to continue to Philadelphia. Once complete, the GCL will operate as an 18-mile passenger rail service along an existing corridor through Gloucester and Camden counties, strengthening regional connectivity to major destinations including Rowan University, Cooper Health System, and other key employers and institutions.

During the Preliminary Engineering phase of this transformative project, Stokes Creative Group, Inc. (Stokes) supported the project team with comprehensive public outreach and engagement efforts. Stokes refreshed the project’s branding and logo and applied the updated visual identity across the project website, printed materials, and digital graphics. Our team supported stakeholder communications by managing the project hotline and email inbox, developing FAQs, and hosting an online comment form. Stokes also planned and facilitated public meetings, executed cross-platform social media content, managed the project website, and coordinated closely with partner agencies to ensure consistent and effective public communication.
Through a thoughtful, inclusive, and coordinated outreach approach, Stokes helped ensure that the Glassboro-Camden Line project team communicated clearly and consistently with the public and stakeholders. This work supported informed engagement and built trust during a critical phase of project development.
