Stokes tailored the presentation coaching services based on the needs of the InNovo Partners interview team and provided targeted feedback to team leaders and individuals following practice sessions—including one-on-one presentation skills coaching—to perfect delivery style.
Stokes also assisted with interview question research and preparation and development of multiple question sets for practice sessions. Additionally, Stokes created a calendar for scheduled practice sessions, sent out meeting invitations, and provided agendas for each session. Stokes staff also helped facilitate the virtual and hybrid meetings by timekeeping, presenting question sets, and providing technical support as needed.
