The Scudder Falls Bridge Replacement Project, advanced by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, was a multi-year project impacting thousands of daily commuters on I-95, as well as communities contiguous to the 4.4-mile project area.

OUR ROLES
Stokes Creative Group, Inc., worked with Michael Baker to create a visual journey of the replacement of the Scudder Falls Bridge, which carries Interstate 295 over the Delaware River, connecting Lower Makefield Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with the Scudders Falls section of Ewing Township in Mercer County, New Jersey. Stokes’ efforts also showcased the new bridge’s all-electronic tolling (AET) system and the differences between using E-ZPass or Toll By Plate for payments.
Stokes created a series of visually appealing and interesting videos that ensured that motorists would understand the need for the project and how the new AET system works. Working with the DRJTBC, Stokes developed motion graphics, edited, and shot the footage, and also conducted voice-over directing and whiteboard animation filming for these dynamic videos.
