Stokes Creative Group, Inc. worked with NJ TRANSIT bus safety personnel to create a video with a very specific goal. The goal was to reduce the incidence of pedestrian vs. bus accidents that were occurring while the bus was making a left hand turn.

From creating a unique concept and storyline through writing the script, Stokes knew they had to make sure they created a message that would resonate and be remembered. Our film crew had the opportunity to see first hand what the drivers contend with as we filmed throughout Newark, NJ and surrounding areas, both from the bus driver’s point of view and the pedestrian’s.
The completed video was shown to all of the bus operators and was a part of the orientations. After several months, the results showed that the program was effective in drastically reducing left turn incidents.
