Stokes is supporting Benesch with the public outreach efforts for PennDOT’s I-476 Flex Lanes Project. Our outreach team planned and moderated public outreach events to present the project to stakeholders, including a Virtual Public Officials Briefing, a Virtual Public Meeting, and an in-person Open House Plans Display.

What we Did

Planning of these events included the development of presentations, comment forms, invitation letters, and messaging to garner attention and support from affected residents and commuters. In addition, Stokes maintained a stakeholder database to ensure efficient and thorough communication, and developed outreach summary for all efforts, including compilation of comments received by officials and members of the public.

Key Features And Notable outcomes

The in-person Open House Plans Display for PennDOT’s I-476 Flex Lanes Project was held on the evening of May 13, 2025, at the Community Arts Center in Wallingford, PA. Boards and maps were on display for members of the public to view, and the Project Team was present to answer questions.
