To aid MDTA’s initiatives, Stokes crafted a fully integrated solution utilizing pre- and post-construction visualizations, project site tours, content creation for web updates, and a customized social media plan which would keep the public, stakeholders, and affected agencies informed of the project’s impacts, progress, and changes as well as highlighting the environmental work done by the MDTA.
Through the implementation of photographic images, arranged site tours, and regular updates to the website and social media channels, Stokes gained a better understanding of the project and increased community support while communicating a positive public message.
By acquiring increased community support, Stokes diminished any possible disruptions that could have impacted the project team’s ability to complete the project as efficiently as possible within the project schedule and deadlines.
