Stokes developed and supported strategies that included engagement with active and interested community groups to increase meeting attendance and participation. We offered support for the team with public meetings, online surveys, and meeting summary reports, developed surveys and content for web pages and social media posts, and provided graphic design support with print materials and presentations used for public meetings, including PowerPoint slide shows, postcards, flyers, and more. Our outreach professionals seamlessly assisted the lead firms and overseeing agencies to ensure that all public involvement efforts were executed with precision and purpose.
Our strategic approach in engaging the public included holding public meetings at local landmarks like the well-known Mummers Museum in Philadelphia, which not only provided a festive backdrop for attendees but was extremely successful, turning out an unprecedented percentage of stakeholders who supported the project.
