Ride Smart 2 Daytona Bike Week Campaign

Stokes assisted in developing The Ride Smart 2 Daytona Bike Week Campaign, an annual safety initiative designed to promote responsible riding and raise awareness among motorcyclists traveling to Daytona Bike Week—one of the largest motorcycle rallies in the United States. Recognizing the influx of riders from across the country and the increased risks associated with high-traffic events, the campaign collaborates with law enforcement agencies, motorcycle organizations, and local communities to encourage best practices for a safe and enjoyable experience.

What we Did

Central to the campaign are educational outreach efforts that emphasize the importance of wearing proper safety gear, obeying traffic laws, and never riding under the influence. Through digital media, printed materials, and on-site engagement, Ride Smart to Daytona shares tips on defensive riding, fatigue management, and route planning to help riders prepare for the journey and the busy event environment.

Key Features And Notable outcomes

Partnerships with local businesses, dealerships, and hospitality providers further amplify the campaign’s visibility, offering safety checks, rider workshops, and information booths throughout Daytona Beach and along major travel routes. By fostering a culture of shared responsibility among riders, motorists, and event organizers, the campaign aims to reduce accidents, minimize injuries, and ensure that Bike Week remains a celebration of motorcycle culture—focused on fun,
freedom, and above all, safety.
