PATCO’s recent initiatives on station rehabilitation involved Woodcrest Station, one of PATCO’s larger and busier locations. Work on the project impacted the local community, local and regional businesses, and Speedline travelers, particularly those who use the parking facilities as part of their daily commute.

OUR ROLES
Stokes was enlisted by Remington & Vernick to provide public engagement for the project team, facilitating meetings and developing flyers for distribution to commuters informing them of the project, traffic pattern changes, and project schedule. Stokes also conducted grassroots engagement with commuters and travelers, distributing the informational flyers and discussing the project.
Additionally, Stokes established a toll-free hotline for the project team for the purpose of quickly and easily responding to questions from the public.
