Helping the World Move: Stokes Supports FIFA World Cup 2026 Transportation Communications in Miami

When the FIFA World Cup comes to town, the challenge extends far beyond the stadium. Moving hundreds of thousands of visitors safely and efficiently requires an extraordinary level of planning, coordination, and communication.

As Miami prepared to host seven FIFA World Cup 2026 matches and welcome more than 600,000 residents and visitors throughout the tournament, transportation agencies across South Florida worked together to implement one of the region’s most comprehensive mobility initiatives to date. To help communicate these services to fans and visitors, Stokes Creative Group, Inc. partnered with EXP in unison with FDOT to produce video and digital content highlighting the transportation options available during the event.

The transportation plan introduced a range of mobility solutions designed to reduce congestion and improve access to both match venues and Fan Festival activities. These efforts included the Miami Game Day Express, a free shuttle service connecting verified ticket holders with official transportation hubs throughout the region, along with enhanced transit services and regional transportation partnerships.

Recognizing that transportation information would play a critical role in the visitor experience Stokes developed engaging video content that transformed complex mobility planning into clear, accessible messaging. Through strategic storytelling, videography, motion graphics, and digital media production, the Stokes team created content designed to help fans understand their transportation options and confidently navigate one of the largest sporting events in the world.

The videos highlighted key transportation services, including shuttle operations, transit connections, and mobility resources available to residents and visitors traveling throughout South Florida during the tournament. By combining visual storytelling with practical travel information, the content helped support public awareness efforts while showcasing the extensive planning behind the region’s transportation network.

For Stokes, the project reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to helping transportation agencies communicate major infrastructure and mobility initiatives. Whether supporting public outreach campaigns, documenting infrastructure improvements, or producing multimedia content for national and internationally significant events, the team remains focused on connecting people with the information they need.

The FIFA World Cup represents one of the largest and most visible events in the world, and effective transportation communication is essential to its success. Stokes is proud to have supported Miami-Dade County’s efforts to inform, engage, and prepare visitors through creative content that helped tell the story of how South Florida planned to keep the world moving.

For more than 35 years, Stokes Creative Group has partnered with transportation agencies, engineering firms, and public organizations to deliver public outreach, video production, photography, digital communications, and marketing services that inform communities and support meaningful public engagement.
